Cucumber Herb Dip
Ingredients
Directions
1. Wash hands with soap and water.2. In a food processor, combine shallot and cucumber; process until finely chopped; discard extra liquid.
3. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and shallot-cucumber mixture. Stir in herbs, garlic, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
4. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
