Slow Cooker Posole

This posole is an easy yet authenic version of a Mexican classic. The Crock-Pot does all the work and you reap the results!

Recipe by:





1. In a large Crock-Pot, stir together hominy, enchilada sauce, onion, garlic, cumin, black pepper and chicken broth. Add pork and spoon hominy mixture over top. Cook on low for 8-9 hours.
2. Remove pork carefully, shred, and return to hominy mixture. Serve with desired toppings.
