Crispy Edamame

Directions
1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
3. Place edamame into a colander and rinse under cold water to thaw. Spread edamame beans in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
4. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle cheese over edamame and season with salt and pepper.
5. Bake in preheated oven until the cheese is crispy and golden, about 15 minutes.
