Wash hands with soap and water.
Rinse all fresh produce items under cold running water.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water according to package directions; drain.
In a medium bowl, whisk together soup, evaporated milk, basil, mustard and cheese; set aside.
In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, add oil. Once hot, add onions and garlic and cook for 3 minutes or until just softened. Add broccoli and cook, stirring often, for 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
In a large bowl, combine tuna, cooked pasta, cooked vegetables and soup mixture; gently stir to combine; pour into a large casserole dish.
In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs and melted butter; sprinkle on top of casserole and bake for 15 minutes or until mixture is bubbly.
