- Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse all fresh produce items under cold running water prior to prepping.
3. Toss avocado with lemon juice; let stand for 2 minutes; remove with a slotted spoon.
4. Line bottom of a large bowl with leaf lettuce. Arrange remaining ingredients in rows in this order: eggs, tomato, chicken, blue cheese, avocado, onion and bacon. tomatoes, onion, bacon. Serve with your favorite dressing.
