Directions

1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce under running water.

3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

4.  Place baguette pieces, cut side up, on rimmed baking pan; brush with 1 tablespoon oil and sprinkle with 1/8 teaspoon salt. Bake bread 8 minutes or until edges are slightly crisp.

5. In large skillet, heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat. Add tomatoes, garlic, pepper and remaining 1/8 teaspoon salt; cook 2 minutes or until fragrant, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; stir in chopped basil.

6. Serve baguette pieces topped with tomato mixture drizzled with balsamic glaze garnished with basil leaves, if desire.
