Cinnamon Vanilla Glazed Walnuts

Recipe by:




1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Preheat oven to 250 degrees Farenheit. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray.

3. Mix sugar, cinnamon, red pepper and salt in small bowl. Set aside.

4. Beat egg white and vanilla in medium bowl until foamy with whisk.

5. Add walnuts and toss to coat. Add spice mixture and toss to coat nuts evenly.

6. Spread nuts in single layer on greased baking sheet. Wash hands after handling raw egg.

7. Bake 1 hour, stirring nuts after 30 minutes. Cool slightly and break apart.

8. Cool completely and store in an airtight container up to 2 weeks.
