Directions1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Place ground cinnamon on a shallow plate and honey on another shallow plate. Dip rim of glass in honey and then in cinnamon; set aside.
3. In a cocktail shaker, add ice. Add Irish cream liqueur, whiskey, vodka and milk; shake vigorously.
4. Strain into prepared glass and garnish with additional ground cinnamon.
