1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Place chopped chocolate into a medium bowl; set aside.
3. In a small saucepan over medium heat, add heavy cream. Bring just to a boil, watching very carefully because if it boils for too long, it will boil out of the pot. Pour over the top of the chopped chocolate and whisk until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool.
