1: Wash hands with soap and water.
2: Rinse fresh produce under cold running water.
3: Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit; spray 16 mini muffin cups with cooking spray. Lightly dust cutting board with flour; thaw puff pastry sheet as label directs on cutting board.
4: Gently roll puff pastry into 10-inch square; cut into 16 (2 1/2-inch) squares. With corners facing up, gently press squares onto bottom and sides of prepared muffin cups.
5: Divide hot dogs into cups; top with chili. Bake cups 15 minutes or until puff pastry is golden brown and crisp. Makes 16 cups.
6: Serve cups drizzled with mustard and sprinkled with onion.
