  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Rinse all fresh produce items under cold running water prior to prepping. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomato, onion, olives, feta cheese and Italian dressing; toss well.
  3. Place 1/2 cup chicken on each tortilla, top each with lettuce mixture and roll up.
