- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Rinse all fresh produce items under cold running water prior to prepping. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomato, onion, olives, feta cheese and Italian dressing; toss well.
- Place 1/2 cup chicken on each tortilla, top each with lettuce mixture and roll up.
