Directions
1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse fresh produce.
3. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomato, onion and chicken. Divide mixture between the 4 tortillas.
4. Top each wrap with 2 bell pepper rings and your favorite condiment(s).
5. Roll up tortillas and secure with tooth pick to keep from unrolling.
6. Enjoy immediately or refridgerate for up to 4 days.
