Chicken, Rice and Spinach Salad

Recipe by:




1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. Prepare rice mix as directed on package; let cool completely.

4. In a large serving bowl, combine rice, chicken, celery, water chestnuts, green onion and bacon; set aside.

5. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, pimentos, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Add to rice mixture and gently toss to coat well; cover and let chill for 1 hour or until ready to serve.

6. When ready to serve, gently toss in spinach.
