1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. Spread 1 tablespoon hummus onto tortillas; top each with 1 lettuce leaf.

4. Layer chicken, peppers and cucumber down the center of each tortilla. Add 1 tablespoon cheese to each and roll up.
