Cheesy Ranch Chicken with Potatoes and Broccoli

1. Wash hands with soap and water. 

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil and spray lightly with cooking spray.

4. Place chicken on one half of sheet pan and top each portion with 1 tablespoon ranch dressing, 1 to 2 slices bacon and 1/4 cup cheddar cheese. Wash hands after handling raw meats.

5. On the other half of the sheet pan, place cut potatoes and broccoli florets. Drizzle with olive oil then toss to coat well. Season vegetables with salt and pepper.

6. Place sheet pan in oven and bake 30 to 35 minutes until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit as verified with an instant read thermometer.
