Cheddar Cheese Crisps

Note:. Wash hands with soap and water.
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. In a medium bowl, combine horseradish cheese and seriously sharp cheddar cheese. Mound level tablespoonfuls of cheese mixture, about 2 inches apart, on the baking sheet.
4. Bake at for 10 minutes; remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes. Return crisps to the oven and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes or until nicely browned but not burnt. Remove from oven and sprinkle each crisp with some poppy seeds. Let sit for 15 minutes or until cooled.
