Directions1. Wash hands with soap and water. Slice ciabatta horizontally and then about one third of the loaf vertically. Spread oil on cut sides of the bread, toast in pan or toaster oven until golden-brown.
2. Layer the sandwich with brie, slices of turkey, and cranberry dressing, to taste.
3. Season with salt and pepper and top with chopped sage leaves.
4. Close the sandwich and enjoy.
