Caramel Popcorn Balls



1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, combine butter, sugar and corn syrup; bring to a boil. Add condensed milk and bring mixture back to a boil; boil for 5 minutes.

3. Remove mixture from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Add popcorn to mixture and use a wooden spoon to gently stir and coat the kernels.

4. Lightly coat your hands with butter. Working quickly and cautiously because mixture will be hot, shape the coated popcorn mixture into medium-sized balls. Place on waxed paper. Drizzle with caramel syrup and let dry.
