Caprese Salad with Store Made Fresh Mozzarella
Note: Wash hands with soap and water.
1. Cut Fresh Mozzarella into 1/4 inch slices. Cut tomatoes into 1/4 inch slices. Cut basil into small strips. On a serving platter, alternate slices of tomato and mozzarella.
2. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over platter and season with salt and pepper.
3. Sprinkle fresh basil over the top.
