Recipe by:




1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. Rinse quinoa and cook according to package instructions.

4. Remove pan from heat and allow quinoa to cool.

5. Add mozzarella, tomatoes and basil. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
