1: Wash hands with soap and water.
2: Rinse all fresh produce items under cold running water prior to prepping.
3: Place shrimp in a large bowl. Add Cajun seasoning, lemon zest, garlic powder and salt; mix well. Wash hands after handling raw shrimp.
4: In a large heavy skillet or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat, add oil and butter. Once hot, add shrimp and sauté for 3 minutes per side or until flesh is pearly and opaque.
