- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Rinse fresh produce.
- Place shrimp in a large bowl. Add Cajun seasoning, lemon zest, garlic powder and salt; mix well. Wash hands after handling raw shrimp.
- In a large heavy skillet or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat, add oil and butter. Once hot, add shrimp and sauté until flesh is pearly and opaque, about 3 minutes per side.
