Directions
1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. In a large bowl, combine oil, garlic, lemon juice, Cajun seasoning, parsley, shrimp and sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste; let marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3. Seal in foil packets and grill on high heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until shrimp are pearly and opaque.
