Cabot Hasselback Garlic Bread with Cheddar Cheese

Directions

1: Wash hands with soap and water.
2: Wash fresh produce prior to prepping.
3: PREHEATĀ oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line baking sheet with a large enough piece of aluminium foil to wrap around loaf of Italian bread.
4: CUT 1-inch vertical slices in bread using a serrated knife, leaving 1/4-inch of bread intact at the bottom of each slice. Place the loaf on the prepared baking sheet.
5: COMBINE butter, garlic and salt in small bowl; brush mixture in between each slice and top of bread.
6: PLACE cheese in each slice of bread, folding cheese in half if necessary to fit. Wrap bread loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
