2: Rinse fresh produce under cold running water prior to prepping.
3: Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add carrots and celery; cook and stir 1 minute. Add ground chicken; cook 5 minutes or until browned, stirring occasionally.
4: Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer, while stirring occassionally, for 10 minutes or until chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit as verified with an instant-read food thermometer.
5: Serve with desired toppings. For more heat, drizzle with additional RedHot Sauce, if desired.
