Buffalo Chicken Chili

For a fun, spicy twist on classic chili, try it Buffalo-style! This easy meal is the ultimate mashup of flavors – McCormick® Chili Seasoning Mix and Frank’s® RedHot Sauce – for a hearty chili the whole family is sure to love.

Directions
1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse fresh produce.
3. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add carrots and celery; cook and stir 1 minute. Add ground chicken; cook 5 minutes or until browned, stirring occasionally.
4. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer, while stirring occassionally, for 10 minutes or until chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit as verified with an instant-read food thermometer.
5. Serve with desired toppings. For more heat, drizzle with additional RedHot Sauce, if desired.
