Crusty bread topped with creamy mozzarella and fresh tomatoes.

Recipe by:




1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. Preheat oven to broil.

4. In a small bowl, combine tomatoes, garlic, shallot, parsley, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

5. Top baguette slices with a piece of mozzarella. Place on ungreased baking sheets and broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 2 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Remove from oven and let cool.

6. With a slotted spoon, top each slice with about 1 tablespoon tomato mixture and garnish with basil leaves.
