Broccolini Walnut Au Gratin

Recipe by:



1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a small baking sheet with foil and coat liberally with cooking spray.

4. In a small bowl, stir together 1/2 cup cheese, walnuts and croutons. Spread evenly on baking sheet and bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.

5. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and cook for 5 minutes. Add flour and cook 1 minute more

6. Slowly stir in milk and broth, cooking until smooth. Reduce heat to low and add cheese in small handfuls at a time, cooking until just melted. Season with garlic powder and pepper.

7. Steam or boil broccolini until tender and drain well. Transfer to a 9-inch casserole dish and top with cheese sauce. Crumble topping over broccoli and sprinkle with additional walnuts, if desired.
