Broccoli Quiche

Recipe by:



1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

4. In a medium skillet over medium heat, add oil. Once hot, add onion and cook for 5 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Add broccoli and red pepper and stir to combine.

5. Spoon into a 9-inch pie pan that has been coated with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over vegetables in pie pan. Wash hands after handling raw eggs.

6. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until center is set and top is lightly browned.
