1. Bring milk and water to a low boil in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Gradually whisk in grits and salt and return to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5-7 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat, and stir in cheese until blended.
2. Layer grits, brisket and coleslaw evenly in 16 martini glasses; drizzle with barbecue sauce. Serve immediately.
*Purchase extra lean brisket, sauce and coleslaw from your favorite BBQ restaurant!
