1. Wash hands with soap and water.2. Rinse fresh produce under running water prior to prepping.
3. Fill one 8-ounce glass with ice.
4. Pour 2 ounces white rum over ice.
5. Add 1/2 ounce simple syrup.
6. Add 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice.
7. Top off with desired amount of seltzer.
8. Garnish with watermelon spear and mint leaves.
9. Enjoy!
