1: Wash hands with soap and water.
2: Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit; generously spray 13 x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
3: In large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper. In second large bowl, stir pizza, hash browns, 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese; stir in egg mixture and spread in prepared dish. Wash hands after handling raw egg mixture. Top with remaining 1/2 cup each Cheddar and Parmesan cheese; bake 1 hour or until center is set and internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit. Let casserole stand 10 minutes; cut into 12 squares. Makes about 12 cups.
4: Serve casserole garnished with parsley, if desired.
