Directions
1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse fresh produce.
3. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under hot water; set aside.
4. In a large skillet over medium heat, add asparagus. Add enough water to just cover bottom of pan. Cover and let steam for 4 minutes or until asparagus is easily pierced with a knife but still crisp; set aside and let cool.
5. In a small bowl, combine vinegar, mustard and garlic. Slowly whisk in olive oil; season with salt and pepper; set aside.
6. In a large serving bowl, combine pasta and vegetables. Add dressing and toss to coat.
