Note: Wash hands with soap and water.1. Place steak in a large, shallow glass dish; set aside.
2. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, mustard, soy sauce, bourbon, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, pepper and garlic powder; whisk until sugar dissolves and pour over steak. Flip steak to coat, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
3. Coat grill grate with cooking spray and preheat to medium. Remove steak from marinade and place on grill; discard marinade. Grill steak for 5 to 6 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit for medium rare.
4. Remove from grill, wrap in foil and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
