Ingredients

Directions

1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse all fresh produce under cold running water and pat dry prior to prepping.

3. Lightly butter one side of each bread slice.

4. Place bread on a work surface buttered-side-down. Drizzle honey over two of the slices, top with blueberries.

5. Add a slice of cheese, then the apple slices. Top with remaining cheese. Top with remaining two slices of bread, buttered-side-up.

6. In a heavy skillet over medium heat, cook sandwiches until golden brown on the bottom. Turn sandwiches over and continue cooking until cheese is melted.

7. Transfer to a cutting board and carefully cut in half. Enjoy!
