Blood Orange Peach Bellini

Sweet peach with tart orange juice topped with a dry sparkling wine or Champagne

Recipe by:



1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. In a blender, combine frozen peaches and orange juice; blend on high speed for 2 minutes or until smooth.

3. Place 3 to 4 tablespoons purée into each glass, fill with a small amount of dry sparkling wine or champagne; stir to loosen purée.

4. Continue to add sparkling wine or champagne until glasses are full.
