1. In a medium bowl using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat together cream cheese and lemon curd until smooth. Divide filling among tart shells, spreading evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until well chilled.
2. In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, combine blackberry fruit spread and lemon juice; heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
3. Spoon a small amount of blackberry sauce over tarts and top each with some berries. Lightly sift powdered sugar over the top and serve.
