Note: Wash hands with soap and water.
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a large bowl using an electric mixer on low speed, beat cake mix, water, butter and egg whites.
3. Pour batter into two 9-inch round cake pans that have been coated with cooking spray; bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool completely.
4. In a large bowl, combine all berries. Place one cake round on a serving plate and cover with some of the assorted berries and whipped topping. Gently place second cake round on top and again cover with assorted berries and whipped topping. Garnish top with remaining berries. Makes 12 servings.
