Beer & Onion Brats

Directions

1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. Coat grill grate with cooking spray and preheat to high.

4. In a 9x13-inch disposal aluminum pan, add half of the onions. Top with brats, garlic, remaining onions, butter, red pepper flakes, Cajun seasoning and pepper to taste. Slowly pour beer all over brats.

5. Transfer pan to hot grill and grill, covered, for 20 minutes. Carefully place pan on top shelf of grill and reduce temperature to medium.

6. Using tongs, transfer brats from pan to grill grate and grill, uncovered, for 8 to 10 minutes, turning several times.

7. Serve brats in hot dog rolls topped with the cooked onion and hard cider mustard.
