Note: Wash hands with soap and water.
1. Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake until well blended.
Variations:
Balsamic Vinaigrette: Use balsamic vinegar in place of cider or wine vinegar.
Herb Vinaigrette: Add 1 tablespoon fresh chopped thyme, tarragon or rosemary to the dressing.
Honey Mustard Vinaigrette: Add 1-2 minced garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard and 1 teaspoon honey.
