Banana Pecan French Toast
DirectionsNote: Wash hands with soap and water.
1. In a large shallow dish, combine eggs, cream, brown sugar, cinnamon and rum extract.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter.
3. Working in batches, place bread slices in egg mixture and let soak for 2-3 minutes, flipping to coat both sides. Place in hot skillet and cook 2-3 minutes per side or until lightly browned. Repeat with remaining butter and bread slices.
4. Serve topped with sliced bananas, pecans, raisins and maple syrup.
