Baked Parmesan Chicken Strips

Note: Wash hands with soap and water.
1. In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and salt to taste. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
3. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
4. In a shallow dish, combine milk and egg substitute.
5. In a separate shallow dish, combine Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, pepper and paprika.
6. Dip chicken strips first in milk mixture, and then toss to coat evenly in the bread crumb mixture.
7. Place on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and outside is golden brown.
8. Serve with yogurt mixture
