Toasted bagel with bright, citrus cream cheese filling and topped with thinly sliced smoked salmon and peppery arugula.

Directions
1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse fresh produce.
3. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, cream cheese, sour cream, olives, both onions, lime juice, dill, chives, crushed red pepper, salt and pepper; mix thoroughly until well combined
4. Spread mixture onto toasted bagels and top each bagel with 1 ounce of smoked salmon and some arugula before serving.
