Directions

1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse all fresh produce items under cold running water prior to prepping.
3. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, cream cheese, sour cream, bacon bits, olives, both onions, lime juice, dill, chives, crushed red pepper, salt and pepper; mix thoroughly until well combined. Spread mixture onto toasted bagels and top each bagel with 1 ounce of smoked salmon and some arugula before serving.
