Bagels with Cream Cheese & Smoked Salmon
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Rinse all fresh produce items under cold running water prior to prepping. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, cream cheese, sour cream, olives, both onions, lime juice, dill, chives, crushed red pepper, salt and pepper; mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Spread mixture onto toasted bagels and top each bagel with 1 ounce of smoked salmon and some arugula before serving.
