Baby Greens Salad with Lemon Basil Dressing

Recipe by:




1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. Using a blender, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, mustard, honey, garlic, basil, salt and pepper. Blend for 1 minute or until well combined; set aside.

4. In a large serving bowl, combine spring mix, tomatoes, peppers, onion, olives and feta. Add half the dressing and toss to coat well.

5. Serve salad with remaining dressing on the side.
