Avocado Bruschetta with Feta

Avocado and feta had a tasty twist to traditional bruschetta.

Directions
1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse fresh produce.
3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
4. Brush olive oil onto both sides of baguette slices and place on baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper. Toast in oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until bread starts to brown.
5. While bread is toasting, combine tomato, avocado, feta, basil, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Stir to combine.
6. Once bread is toasted, remove from oven. Evenly distribute the avocado-tomato mixture on top of each baguette round and serve.
