Asparagus Green Pea Gratin

Recipe by:




1. In a large saucepan, melt butter. Add flour, stirring constantly for about 1 minute and set aside.
2. In glass measuring cup, combine liquid from asparagus and evaporated milk to make 1 ½ cups of liquid. Stir into flour mixture, stirring until thickened. Add remaining ingredients, except crackers and cheese.
3. Pour into 1 ½ quart baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with cheese and bake additional 5 minutes.
