
Tangy, a little sweet and very easy to prepare -- you're going to love these grilled chops. Asian-inspired ingredients give these grilled chops lots of unique flavor. You might just want to throw an extra chop on the grill for leftovers, because you will have a craving for it the next day.

Note: Wash hands with soap and water.1. In a shallow container, combine orange juice, soy sauce, honey ginger, orange zest, garlic and salt and pepper to taste, reserve ¼ cup. Add pork chops and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
2. Spray grill grate with cooking spray and preheat to medium.
3. Remove pork chops from marinade and place on grill, discard marinade.
4. Grill chops for 5 to 6 minutes per side or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the chop reads 145 degrees Fahrenheit. Generously brush chops with reserved marinade during last 2 minutes of cook time.
