Orange Ginger Grilled Pork Chops

Tangy, a little sweet and very easy to prepare -- you're going to love these grilled chops. Asian-inspired ingredients give these grilled chops lots of unique flavor. You might just want to throw an extra chop on the grill for leftovers, because you will have a craving for it the next day.

Directions

1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. In a shallow container, combine orange juice, soy sauce, honey ginger, orange zest, garlic and salt and pepper to taste, reserve ¼ cup. Add pork chops and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Wash hands after handling raw pork.

4. Spray grill grate with cooking spray and preheat to medium.

5. Remove pork chops from marinade and place on grill, discard marinade.

6. Grill chops for 5 to 6 minutes per side or until a internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit as verified with an instant-read food thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the chop reads. Generously brush chops with reserved marinade during last 2 minutes of cook time.
