Note: Wash hands with soap and water.1. In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, honey, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, 5-spice powder, garlic powder, ginger, onion powder and salt and pepper to taste; mix well. Place pork cubes in a large resealable plastic bag. Pour soy sauce mixture over top, seal and flip to coat. Let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 6 hours.
2. Coat grill grate with cooking spray and preheat to medium-high. Thread pork cubes onto skewers; discard marinade.
3. Place on grill and grill for 6 to 7 minutes per side or until cooked through and internal temperature reads 160 degrees Fahrenheit on a meat thermometer.
4. Serve garnished with sesame seeds and green onion.
