Arugula & Green Apple Salad

Note: Wash hands with soap and water.
1. From one lime, zest enough peel to measure 1 teaspoon.
2. Squeeze juice from both limes.
3. Combine lime juice and lime zest with mayonnaise, olive oil, water and brown sugar. Set aside.
4. Arrange arugula or baby spinach on serving platter. Top with apple and pine nuts.
5. Drizzle with dressing. Garnish with cheese. Enjoy!
