Directions1. Toss sweet potatoes, apples, and dried cranberries together in large bowl. Sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Drizzle with melted butter and toss gently.
2. Spray medium baking dish with cooking spray. Pour sweet potato mixture into baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with toasted pecans. Return to oven and bake an additional 10 minutes.
