Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Prepare topping: In a bowl, place granola, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Stir until well combined. Pour in melted butter and stir until thoroughly mixed.
3. Place sliced apples in a bowl and mix with lemon juice. Add the cinnamon and salt and stir. Divide apples evenly into eight small ramekins, or an 8x8-inch baking dish. Distribute topping over each ramekin and gently press topping down.
4. Bake for 30 minutes, until softened. Serve while warm.
