Apple Granola Crisp

A healthy take on apple crisp!

Recipe by:




1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Prepare topping: In a bowl, place granola, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Stir until well combined. Pour in melted butter and stir until thoroughly mixed.
3. Place sliced apples in a bowl and mix with lemon juice. Add the cinnamon and salt and stir. Divide apples evenly into eight small ramekins, or an 8x8 baking dish. Distribute topping over each ramekin and gently press topping down.
4. Bake for 30 minutes, until softened. Serve while warm.
