1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse fresh produce.
3. Preheat an oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit; spray an 8-inch round cake pan with cooking spray. Line a rimmed baking pan with parchment paper; spray with cooking spray.
4. In a food processor, pulse flour, granulated sugar, baking powder and cinnamon until combined; add butter and pulse until small crumbs remain. Add 1 cup creamer; pulse until incorporated.
5. Transfer dough to a floured work surface; add apples and knead until dough just comes together, sprinkling with more flour as needed. Press dough into prepared cake pan; invert onto a cutting board and cut into 8 wedges. Place wedges on prepared baking pan; brush with 1 tablespoon creamer. Wash hands after handling raw dough.
6. Bake wedges 15 minutes or until golden brown.
7. In a small bowl, whisk powdered sugar and remaining 2 tablespoons creamer; drizzle over scones.
