A fall spin on a lunch time favorite

Recipe by:



1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. Spread butter onto one side of each of slice of bread. Spread honey mustard onto inside of each bread slice.

4. Coat a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray and place over medium heat. Once hot, place one slice of bread, butter-side down, into skillet.

5. Top with apple slices, cheddar cheese slices and other bread slice, butter-side up. Cook 4 minutes per side or until browned.
