Directions1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Spread 1 tablespoon Big Y unsalted butter onto one side of each of 2 slices light oatmeal bread. Spread 1 tablespoon honey mustard onto inside of each bread slice.
3. Coat a large skillet with Big Y no-stick cooking spray and place over medium heat. Once hot, place one slice of bread, butter-side down, into skillet.
4. Top with 3-4 green apple slices, 1½ 2% cheddar cheese slices and another bread slice, butter-side up.
